A sterilisation procedure for algae

I've recently managed to come up with a procedure to sterilise algae at home for use with bioreactors.
Also found a decently cheap source of safe algae from a high school provider - gonna poast more details here but I wanted to write this as my personal reminder.

Basically what I've found is that boiling water works pretty well in sterilising vials that u put algae in.
Trying to figure out a way to properly test an autoclave too.
